Water
Pipe manufactured under NTP ISO 4427 standard. The following laboratory tests are performed:
- Hydrostatic pressure 1h at 20°C. The applied pressure will depend on the requested thickness.
- Melt Flow Rate for PE100.
- Pigment dispersion. Maximum Grade 3.
- Elongation at break. The minimum value obtained shall be higher than 350% times its initial value.
- Oxidation induction time. Minimum time of 20 minutes.
- Longitudinal reversion. A maximum of 3% should be obtained.
Sanitation
Pipe manufactured according to NTP ISO 8772 standard. The following laboratory tests are performed:
- Longitudinal Reversion. Maximum 3%.
- Oxidation Induction Time. Greater than 20 minutes.
- Annular Ring Stiffness. Greater than or equal to 4 KN/mm2.
- Change of Fluidity Index in the processing. Maximum of 0.25g/10min.
- Hydrostatic pressure 165h and 1000h at 80°C.
