Identification of batch numbers and Certificates of Analysis issued by the supplier.

Sampling of random batches sent to the Laboratory.

Visual inspection of finished product.

Longitudinal Reversion Test.

Dimensional inspection: thicknesses, lengths, diameters and weights of the finished product.

Hydrostatic Pressure Test.

Elongation test.

Oxidation induction time test.

Ring stiffness test.

Production line testing

Manufacturing process control.

Extrusion temperature.

Vacuum pressure.

Water temperature.

Production speed.

Resin pre-drying temperature.

Testing in external laboratories
